Ready Reserve Infantry BattalionThe Personnel Management Information System (PMIS) is the unit's centralized digital platform for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, streamlining administrative processes, and supporting the readiness of 1301-RRIBn.
Purpose
PMIS was built to consolidate personnel information, track unit activities, and give authorized personnel secure, organized access to the records they need.
Personnel Records
A single, authoritative RSOI for every reservist — identity, service history, schooling, awards, and dependents in one place.
QR-Verified Identity
Every reservist carries a QR code for fast, minimum-disclosure identity verification at formations and in the field.
Blood Donation Tracking
A donor roster with eligibility tracking, so the unit always knows who's ready for the next bloodletting.
